Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
  • G driver's license
  • Mode of transportation to and from meeting point (shop)
  • Clean driving record (driving record check will be asked from successful candidates)
  • Attention to detail
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Organized + Punctual
  • Ability to perform physical requirements, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to read a tape measure, use general hand tools, wear PPE, and follow safety guidelines
  • Ability to work independently as well as with others
  • Self-motivated
  • Flexibility to travel out of town to complete jobs when needed
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role and walk for long distances
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally
  • Has experience working with small engines
Responsibilities 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more
  • Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
  • Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
  • Encourages team members to participate and facilitates where appropriate.
  • Supports the efforts of all team members.
  • Creates an environment that encourages collective problem solving.
  • Establishes roles and responsibilities within the team.
  • Encourages the group to support each other.
  • Treats others fairly.
  • Evaluates the performance of the team in order to meet objectives and goals.
  • Recognizes and adjusts communications to adapt to different personalities on the team.
  • Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site 
  • Additional tasks as required 
 
Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
